With Readincomics, we want to bring a new dimension to learning to read. We know that many young people today find it difficult to concentrate on long texts and books, and that is why we have decided to bring the original comics to life and/or revive them by making them more visually and sonically dynamic.
Our project is to capture the attention of children, to help them learn to read, to concentrate on a text, to develop their vocabulary, and to introduce them to the love of books. We want to modernize the learning of comics by giving them a more proactive aspect for the education of young people. We also want to nurture the cross-generational link through the use of original comics, by opening young people to understanding and respect for the work of authors.
In addition to being a reading aid, Readincomics also aims to develop children's creativity by creating a link between writing and original comics. We want to offer an easy and didactic approach to reading for children and parents, which will allow them to discover the pleasure of observing a book.
In short, Readincomics is a new concept of reading aids that aims to give children a love of beautiful drawings, books and comics. It is a passionate project that was developed by Baroch Éditions, a small publishing house that has been dedicated to the ecology of body and mind for 11 years.
